Is the CQC Registration Pack a subscription?
No. It is a one-time £129 purchase for an 18-document working pack. You can download and edit the documents without starting a subscription.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes. Pro and Unlimited can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
Does one account cover several agencies?
Each account covers one agency profile. Contact hello@caredocpro.com if you manage several services and need multi-agency pricing.
Does buying a plan guarantee CQC registration or a rating?
No. CareDocPro creates working drafts. The responsible manager must review, amend and approve every document, check current guidance and make sure the wording reflects real practice.
