CareDocPro was co-founded by Haddy Chukwude and Kizito Chukwude.
Haddy is a registered manager with almost 20 years in adult social care. She knows what it is like to have CQC question whether policies match real practice, and she believes care providers should not be charged consultancy prices for useful policy support.
Haddy brings almost 20 years of adult social care experience and the perspective of a registered manager. Kizito is a co-founder. Together, Haddy and Kizito built CareDocPro to make personalised policy and registration working documents more practical and affordable.
CQC asks for supporting documents from every provider and additional evidence for particular service types, including home care. The exact list can change and depends on how you apply, so a fixed template checklist is not enough.
CareDocPro turns your agency profile into a strong first draft: named roles, local safeguarding routes, service details and review information. Your accountable manager then checks the wording against current guidance and the way your service actually operates before approval.
